Room in Bruce Grove

 There are two rooms available, one slightly smaller is £500 pcm inc bills  the other £550 inc bills.   I'm happy to take whichever one. There is a large lounge  ( currently unfurnished, I am working on that) kitchen, bathroom.  I work long hours so am generally only there to sleep, but we'd have to coordinate over bathroom, kitchen etc. It's the upstairs flat in a two storey Victorian conversion, no outside space, I'm  afraid, but permit parking.  Although its Tottenham, it is very convenient - short walk to Bruce Grove Station ( i've done it in 4 mins !)  or 20 mins to Tottenham Hale if you want the once every few minutes Victoria Line to Central London without changing at Bruce Grove. It is just round the corner from a very friendly Aldi with long opening hours and a very friendly gym ( and an amazing cake shop !) , and the buses go everywhere ( the 341 all the way to Waterloo station ) .  I understand Tottenham is becoming quite up and coming  eg the Bluecoats pub at the end of the road 100m! Nice parks Bruce Castle, and the Lee Valley park and the amazing new Tottenham FC ground towering above everything.   Would suit someone who wants somewhere fairly cheap, quiet to lay their head while working in London  Monday to Friday.
