Double room, recently redecorated with large wardrobe and king bed with quality firm mattress.

The house is on a quiet residential road in south Bermondsey with on street parking easily available, rear garden if you have a bike, to share kitchen and one bathroom and one WC. I recently refurbished the whole house (well, not the bathroom yet).  50Mbps broadband. 

I've had lodgers and flatmates many times before, now looking for a M-F let.  The property is available from Mon noon to Fri noon and the price for this period is £625 inclusive of bills. 

The room would suit someone who works in inner London during the week and is looking for a comfortable and quiet base with a really short commute. You can cycle or run into the City/West End in 15 mins or tube/bus door to door 30.  Minimum two months. Sorry not willing to negotiate on a longer period, occasional weekends, couples, or pets.
