The flat is a short walk away from some beautiful parks which are great for running routes and evening walks in summer; Mountsfield, Manor Park and Manor House Gardens.
Happy to provide a shelf in the fridge and to supply pans, crockery and cutlery along with use of dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and oven.
Linen and towels can be provided. I have a digital piano for any musical folk who would wish to practice during the week with headphones.
The room is fully furnished with a chest of drawers and hanging space in the wardrobe to leave belongings over the weekend if needed. Comfortable double bed. The room has a large window facing the side return garden and rear of the property so is very quiet and not overlooked. The property has central heating and the room is nice and cosy. The private bathroom has a toilet, sink and shower and was decorated only 4 years ago.
