Bristol Room to let

Lovely clean small double room on the first floor in my house.  You would have full use of all facilities including use of own bathroom.  Living room, kitchen, washing machine, garden, Wi-Fi, all bills included with free on street parking.  Arrangements for private parking could be arranged if needed.  Short term let welcome with a minimum of 1 month stay with 1 month payment in advance.  Monday to Fridays only.  You would share a sizeable house with only myself and my K9 companion who is not allowed upstairs in the house.  I’m an 8 minute walk from the Gloucester Road with lots of cafes and bars along with transport links into the city centre.  Prospective occupant must be clean and tidy.
