Small cosy double - 9 min train into London Bridge

Ciao!  I am looking for a professional person to share my home (a two bed groundfloor flat) between Monday and Friday for 4 nights per week but open to discussion.  

I am a friendly, fun female young professional who has pretty high standards re cleanliness, and respectful living re noise and looking after the home.   I have recently moved into this flat & got a lovely cat so that may encourage you to respond to this ad or the opposite! (it turns out I'm not allergic to all cats).  

I live really near Lewisham hospital so that might be convenient to work for some people.  I'm also right on the edge of the park which I really love but I also have a very sweet little garden I am looking forward to making wild with lots of little lights and a veg garden:)  I tend to walk from Ladywell station to the flat.  As you probably know, Ladywell is an 9min train from London Bridge.  The same train also goes on to Waterloo East and Charing Cross so the flat is very nicely connected to central London.

Looking to share the space with someone who is kind, warm and considerate- would be great to be able to chat and get on!  I have no issue with you making use of the living room and would want you to feel happy and comfortable in the flat.
