LOOKING FOR A MONDAY-FRIDAY (4 nights) SHARER
A furnished double room available with access to a private toilet. Shared used of bathroom, kitchen and a large garden with one other.
Kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, microwave, an oven cooker, kettle and a toaster. Although, I am not a vegetarian, I don‘t eat pork/bacon etc. and would request that it is not cooked in the kitchen 🙏.
Street has free parking.
Looking to share with a working professional. I respect my own and other people’s space/privacy but happy to share a meal and/or a chat. Looking for someone who is clean and tidy and is not looking for a party house. Happy with any age as long as we are clear on each other’s expectations/requirements. Prefer a female.
Prefer a regular lodger each week but flexible.
No smoking inside the house please.
Flexible about increasing the number of nights occasionally if required with slight adjustment in the rent.
Bedlinen can be provided. It would be the lodger’s responsibility to clean the room/after themself.

Nearest tube station: Southgate on Piccadilly Line (30mins into Central London). Nearest overground station: Palmers Green. Bus stops nearby with buses frequently going to and from Southgate and Palmers Green stations and high streets.
Short walk to local shops, restaurants, cafes, post office, hairdressers and a pharmacy. In addition to various local amenities, there is a Morrisons in Palmers Green and Asda in Southgate. 2 large parks nearby (10mins walking distance).
