I'm originally from Liverpool but have been resident in London for 40 years. A minimum of stay of 1 month is preferable but short stays will be £180/week. There is no smoking in the flat but is permitted in the garden.
Available: A single room with private bathroom in a two bedroom flat in East Croydon, with free off-road parking and a private garden. Available ongoing from August 1st 2024. Shared lounge and kitchen with owner. The flat is conveniently located just a 5 minute walk from East Croydon railway station and a 10 minute walk from West Croydon railway station. A private road, but easily accessible to all the local amenities.
£600 per calendar month, inclusive of bills.
The offer provides a free off-road parking space and is situated on the forecourt of the building which provides a safe place to park. The location also provides excellent access to a wide range of public transport facilities and is only a 5 minute walk to East Croydon and 10 minutes to West Croydon. For those who work centrally, East Croydon station is excellently situated for fast trains to London Bridge, Victoria and other city central locations. East Croydon also provides quick access to Gatwick and the South Coast.
Although on a quiet road it is within very short walking distances to local shops aswell as the High St which provides a wide range of restaurants and high profile shops and department stores.
