Description

Sole use of a furnished stylish Pied-A-Terre, down the street from Parliament Square, close to the City and Westend.

Option 1: Price is based on Weekdays only for 4 weeks per month

Option 2: Price listed can also be for 3 weeks per month including 2 weekends.

We can talk about this and make adjustments that suit us both. I just need the flat on a part time basis myself and can work around a tenant.

A bright large studio flat, leather comfortable furniture from Heals, a neutral interior (books/pictures can be removed, picture frames can be used for your own photos if you like), fully fitted kitchen (single hob, oven, microwave, fridge without freezer) incl glasses, mugs, plates & pans. It is a well designed generous studio flat with a bedroom area tucked around the corner. When the bed is in the upward position it is a yoga place.

Home office:

The desk in the bay window makes a great home office (with a view, sitting in the sun, with sheer curtains to block daylight from your laptop, and when waking up you do not see your home office from the bed position).

The table can also be in the back of the room as shown on some of the photos. Just let me know what you prefer. This is a better desk position if you do not work from home.

Boasting a French balcony, large windows, double layered sheer curtains plus red double layered heavy block out curtains on pull ropes to keep out daylight. A fully refurbished bathoom with new tiled flooring, wc and  bathroom unit with sink on top (photo has old sink and floor, now replaced with new sink and floor).

Walking distance to most places in the Westend.

  • For 1 professional, easy access to the Strand/Temple/City of London/Canary Warf.
  • Prestigious residential block down the street from Parliament Square
  • 24hr porterage
  • Incl communal heating & hot water & electricity & council tax & good internet
  • Walking distance to Pimlico Tube, St James Park, Victoria Station, Westminster Tube station
  • Local restaurants: Quilon, Cinnamon Club, Ivy Victoria, Asher.
  • A 4 min walk to Tate Britain with plenty of coffee shops at the next junction of Horsferry Road & Marsham Street.

Cycle parking is available in the secure courtyard. The building has just installed a new security system and new cctv cameras.

There is hanging and shelving space for you to use and you can leave your things over the weekend. Happy for you to use my herbs and tea and all the kitchen things. The flat is furnished as seen.

We can move the furniture to suit your liking.

Transport nearby

St James Park (District and Circle line), Pimlico (Victoria line), Westminster tube station (Jubilee line), bus 88 to the Westend and Oxford Circus, Bus 11 & 211 to Waterloo / the City / Chelsea / Kensington.

Describe your neighbourhood here

Great quiet part of Westminster, on the doorstep of Tate Britain, lots of coffee shops, supermarket nextdoor, well connected, quiet building with 24hr security, with lift & ramp. I've recently moved the furniture as it's nicer to have the desk in the window for working from home. However, the layout also works really well with the table near the living room door. Just let me know which you prefer.
