Option 1: Price is based on Weekdays only for 4 weeks per month

Option 2: Price listed can also be for 3 weeks per month including 2 weekends.  

We can talk about this and make adjustments that suit us both. I just need the flat on a part time basis myself and can work around a tenant. 

A bright large studio flat, leather comfortable furniture from Heals, a neutral interior (books/pictures can be removed, picture frames can be used for your own photos if you like), fully fitted kitchen (single hob, oven, microwave, fridge without freezer) incl glasses, mugs, plates & pans. It is a well designed generous studio flat with a bedroom area tucked around the corner. When the bed is in the upward position it is a yoga place. 

Home office: 

The desk in the bay window makes a great home office (with a view, sitting in the sun, with sheer curtains to block daylight from your laptop, and when waking up you do not see your home office from the bed position). 

The table can also be in the back of the room as shown on some of the photos. Just let me know what you prefer. This is a better desk position if you do not work from home. 

Boasting a French balcony, large windows, double layered sheer curtains plus red double layered heavy block out curtains on pull ropes to keep out daylight. A fully refurbished bathoom with new tiled flooring, wc and  bathroom unit with sink on top (photo has old sink and floor, now replaced with new sink and floor).
