Description
A wonderful flat, warm, quiet and light. It has two bedrooms and is on a top floor. Your bedroom is at the rear of the flat, looking out on a communal balcony, but there is also a private balcony at the front of the flat, with views over London. I leave London on Monday mornings and return Friday afternoons, leaving the flat empty during the working week. You will have sole access to the kitchen, bathroom etc and sole occupancy of the flat most of the time while you are here. Available from end of January.
The transport links could not be better. Outside the flat, there are bus routes 316, 187 and 6. Each of these take you to Queen Park Underground Station ( Bakerloo and Overground) in less than five minutes, or you can walk to the station in ten. Round the corner are stops for buses 52 and 28, to Notting Hill and Victoria. The Overground from Queens park runs to Euston. There is another Overground line 5 minutes walk away, which runs from Willesden Junction to Stratford. You can change at West Hampstead for the Jubilee line and Thameslink services.
Kensal Rise is full of cool shops, pubs and cafes. Queen's Park is a five minute walk away. There is a sports centre directly opposite the house. Portobello Road is a ten minute walk. There is safe space for cycles.
