There are also numerous train/bus routes, along the coast, up the South Downs and also to Shoreham, Lewes, Worthing, etc etc, all within easy reach. There are many local food stores and delis, both independent and chains, including Co-op, Sainsburys, M&S, Waitrose etc, all within walkable distance.
West Hill is one of Brighton's oldest communities of typical white stucco houses, leafy streets, family homes, and local pubs. It's quiet and friendly, and also five minutes walk from Brighton station and the many cafes, shops, bars of Seven Dials and 15 mins from the seafront and ten minutes from the Laines.
