Hi my name is Jess and I live with my boyfriend Harry and cousin Rosie. My mum is the landlord of the stunning 4 bedroom house we live in. The room we’re advertising belonged to Harry’s sister Poppy but she is now flying the nest. It’s a large double room with an ensuite shower room. The room was renovated last September so is brand new with all brand new furniture too !
We live in a beautiful 4 bedroom house with 2 large living rooms, a dining room, kitchen, large garden & free parking. We’re a 10 minute walk from Forest Hill station which is a 15 min direct train away from London Bridge.
We are all working professionals who are looking for a quiet and tidy working professional that is happy to keep themselves to themselves :)
We also have a wonderful 15 year old rescue dog Bruce but he’s more of a cat, he sleeps all day and never barks but is always up for cuddles :)
The house is a 10 minute walk from Forest Hill station which is a 15 minute direct train to London Bridge.
We are a 10 minute walk from a large high street. Forest Hill is proudly one of the only 3 remaining fully independent high streets in London. However, a 15 minute walk into Sydenham and you have a Lidl, Aldi, Sainsbury’s, Pure Gym, Nando’s and all the regular high street names
