Our top of the house room has become available to rent in our N4 home as our Monday to Friday house guest is moving out of London / UK. 

All bills included.

Room £800 per month Recently redecorated large double bedroom with comfy bed (can be single or king size depending on the preference for space) for single occupancy, is available for let, during the week. Situated at the top of the house with own shower room and toilet, the room has French doors that open for a lovely view of the treetops and north London skyline. The room has become available since our Monday to Friday house guest has returned back to the UK full time with their family. 

The room has a desk, bookshelf, wardrobe, tea making facilities and chaise long. Personal items  can be left to make a commute easy. Fresh linen and towels are provided and along with the private shower room, the room is professionally cleaned each week. Shared use of kitchen with own cupboard and fridge / freezer space. We have a secure bike storage with space to keep / leave a bike if you have one.

Situated in a quiet residential street that is a small culdesac, close by is a local park and 10 minutes away from the Parkland Walk 3-mile nature trail. The Victorian house has wonderful independent bakeries, coffee shops, restaurants and a variety of supermarkets and pubs within walking distance including a new M&S food store and Picture-house Cinema by the tube station. 

Stroud Green neighbourhood has lots of supermarkets and good independent restaurants, cafes, pubs etc everything you need really! 

We are a family of 4 with our eldest away at uni and we enjoys sharing our home with easygoing, mature, tidy and considerate professionals to enjoy these lovely rooms. We are ideally looking for non smoking commuters who are looking for MONDAY to FRIDAY (or Sunday evening if preferable) accommodation in London but very happy to discuss term time / all the time options also. 

About us: we are a busy / not always around in term time / easy-going professional family with a very friendly cockerpoo. We sometimes work from home in the day so would best suit those who have a separate workplace for the main part.

The closest tube (7-8 mins walk) is Finsbury Park transport hub offering a variety of fast lines to central London and the City - Victoria Line (10 mins Oxford Circus), Piccadilly Line (10 mins Covent Garden), National Rail (10 mins to the City) and overground from Crouch Hill. Bus stations on both sides of the station and 91 into Trafalgar Square / Crouch End. Direct links to Heathrow and Gatwick. 5 minutes to St Pancras International. Two bus terminals serving routes in all directions.
