A lovely bright double room in a private residential block in the heart of Oval.  It is a furnished room with a double bed, chest of drawers and clothes rack for storage. You are able to leave items over the weekend if desired. Shared bathroom (shower/bath) with a separate toilet. Kitchen is fully equipped and has all appliances including dishwasher and air fryer. Cupboard space available in the kitchen, if you would like.  Spacious living room with tv, happy to share if you would like. 

Flat has great connections: it is 5 minute walk to Oval underground station (Northern line), a 10 minute walk to Vauxhall train and underground station (victoria line and great overground connections) and has a range of bus links just around the corner 3, 59, 159, 436, 185, 133 and more to various parts of central and south london. 

I am a recently single gay man who has taken over the mortgage of the flat. I am a Headteacher of a primary school in South East London and during term time I work long hours. I also keep active and go to the gym often. I am a calm, clean person and looking to share with a  professional who needs to be in London throughout the week. 

I am open to 5 day a week let (Monday - Thursday nights) but also open to less days if that's what you need and happy to negotiate the price if thats what you need. If you occasionally need a weekend this is also negotiable for an additional price. You are able to store clothing etc at the property there is a chest of drawers and a rail for clothes.  You are able to acquire a parking permit for street parking, if needed.

No smoking or vaping in the flat.
