Description

Hi everyone, I'm looking for a Monday to Friday tenant for my spare room. The house is a three bed Victorian conversation with a bright and spacious spare room. The room is furnished to a basic level, but i'm happy to add to the room as needed. The room is probably the warmest in the house and it comes with its own bathroom. The bathroom is newly renovated and has a bath, as well as a shower. I have fast broadband and various TV streaming platforms, including Sky Sports.

The rest of the house is an upstairs 3 bedroom flat. It has a bright living room, which you would be welcome to share. The kitchen is small, but i'm sure we can work around that. I also have a study, which you would be welcome to use on days i'm in the office.

The house is just off Lea Bridge Road in Walthamstow. It is about 15 mins walk to Walthamstow Central/Walthamstow Queens Road for the overground and the Victoria Line. Its about 20 minutes walk to Leyton station for the Central Line and about 15 minutes for the overground. There are regular buses to either of these stations too. The area has a big Tesco and a gym within 10 minutes walk. Lots of decent pubs and restaurants in walking distance too.

Transport nearby

The house is 15 minutes walk from Walthamstow Central for the Victoria line and Overground, similar distance for Walthamstow Queens Road. It is about 20 minutes walk to Leyton station for the Central Line. There are regular buses to all these stations though. There are buses direct to Oxford Street, which go via Shoredich, Clapton and Hackney. There is endless cycle lanes, but as I don't cycle have limited understanding of where they all go.

Describe your neighbourhood here

There is a big Tesco and a gym about 10 minutes walk away. There is an Aldi about 15 minutes walk. The area has a lot of restaurants, cafe's pubs within walking distance. Stratford Westfield is a 45 minute walk or about 30 mins on the bus. There is a cinema in Walthamstow Central, as well as a big Asda and excellent bars and restaurants. Lloyd Park and the William Morris Gallery are about 40 minutes walk, or 20 minutes on the bus. The area is safe on the whole but obviously this is still London.
