Seeking a new lodger for our “coach house” annex. Ideally suited as a part-time pied-à-terre. The annex is part of a newly renovated Victorian house in a conservation area in Brixton Hill, and is a one up, one down annex with private entry.
Our family home is situated on a beautiful square whereby the houses face onto a small green park in the middle. Holmewood Gardens is located at the top of Brixton Hill, SW2 and is easily accessible to Clapham, Streatham, Brixton and Tulse Hill.
Downstairs - open plan kitchen and sitting room:
Kitchen (air fryer, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer, sink, dishwasher)
50” Smart TV (log in required to apps - Netflix, Amazon Prime, Apple TV etc)
Sofa
Coffee table
Upstairs - bedroom and separate bathroom:
King size bed (brand new bed and mattress)
En-suite bathroom (shower, WC, sink)
Wardrobe
High speed wi-fi available throughout.
Parking:
We can accommodate a small car on our driveway during your stay (no larger than a Mini). Otherwise you will need to pay for 2 hours parking per day at the restricted times.
You can also store a bike safely.
Public Transport:
Brixton (underground - Victoria Line) is a 20 min walk or a short bus ride.
Streatham Hill (overground) is a 10 min walk or short bus ride
Tulse Hill (overground) is a 15 min walk or short bus ride.
Other info:
£240 per week (max 5 nights).
Available immediately.
Wifi included.
Bills included, with the exception of an additional £30 for a full clean, sheets and towel change every 2 weeks.
Not suitable for students or WFH.
Bed linen and towels can be provided.
