Hello!
We have a spacious, double room with gorgeous high ceilings and original features available in our stunning Victorian converted flat, minutes away from Stoke Newington Church Street and Clissold Park. The furnished room looks over leafy gardens through its huge sash windows.
You’ll be sharing with two friendly professional females in our early 40s, sharing a bathroom with one of us. You’ll also have use of the kitchen (with your own cupboard / fridge space) and light-filled lounge.
The room will be available from Monday evening to Friday morning and we’re ideally looking for someone who can commit to a few months.
All bills are included in the monthly price, including professional cleaning every two weeks. A new duvet, pillows and towels will also be provided.
Do feel free to leave some things in the room at weekends and if you wanted to stay on the occasional weekend, we'd be happy to have you, for a small extra charge.
Great bus transport links (Kings Cross, Angel, Hackney, Highbury etc). Manor House (Piccadilly Line) is 15 minutes walk away and the 106 bus leaves from just round the corner, getting you to Finsbury Park station, for the Victoria and Piccadilly Lines, within 10-20minutes.
Lovely street with friendly, community vibe, close to the popular Church street with all its cafes, restaurants, pubs and shops. The beautiful Clissold Park is practically on our doorstep - perfect for running, making use of the tennis courts or just a walk. There are also plenty of yoga studios and an outdoor swimming facility and a climbing wall within walking distance.
