Double room in good sized house

Hi, this accommodation is located in north Rhiwbina close to the Wenallt woods in a quiet part of Cardiff and overlooking the city. This is a family home but both my children have moved away. There is off road parking shared with the owner/landlord (me). I play tennis & football and walk & surf and am quite easy going. I work from home for much of the week. You would have the main double bedroom and I rarely use the main living room in the week. We would share the kitchen, garden and bathroom, although I mostly use my gym bathroom facilities in the winter. Would ideally suit a mature professional who is looking for a comfortable and calm place in the week. Council tax band F.
