2 bedroom house with an available fully furnished single room c/w smart tv in a quiet neighbourhood.  Shared Bathroom, living room and kitchen. Enclosed rear garden and off road parking. Exercise Bike, rowing machine and stepper in garage if you enjoy exercise.  Garage available to store a bicycle, if required.

Tesco is within 2 minutes drive away and the town centre is 20 minutes on foot or 10 minute car journey.  Bus stop is 2/3 minutes walk away as well.  Every need is easily accessible. 

I do have a 2 year old springer spaniel, so you will need to be a dog lover :-).  I'm a single female who works full time and I do also work a couple of nights a week, so you would have a the house to yourself for a few hours.  I don't smoke or drink and live a relatively quiet life.
