We are offering a Monday - Friday room (or Sunday night to Friday morning) in our family home. Available to professionals who do not work from home more than 1 day a week. No night shift workers Thankyou. 

Small double bed (4ft), desk & plenty of storage space in medium sized room. You are Welcome to leave your belongings in a locked cupboard in the room over weekends but we may have the occasional weekend guest. The bedroom & bathroom doors both have locks.

Gas central heating with a fan & electric heater in the room if needed. Phone chargers, Iron, hair dryer, spare blanket, towels, linen in room. 

You have the choice of a private bathroom (bath & power shower) or shared for less rent (£600pcm). The bathroom door is right next to the bedroom door. We will provide toilet paper, basic toiletries & weekly clean.

Superfast Wifi & all amenities included. Access to kitchen with your own cupboards & utensils, etc. Free use of washing machine on request.

We live in a quiet cul de sac close to central Havant with bus routes and Havant train station closeby. Parking space available on driveway @ extra £5/night. However, free on road parking right outside house with some restrictions (no parking 8am-9.30am & 2pm-3.30pm on weekdays). We live nextdoor to a school with the school field surrounding us. 

Local shops & takeaways within a few minutes walk. 

I am an NHS Nurse & my partner works from home. We have a 13yr old son & cats. Our cats are free to roam indoor/outdoor, are well behaved, house trained & well looked after. They are on a special anti allergen diet (Purina Liveclear) which significantly reduces any human allergies. They are used to not going in the lodgers room so we recommend keeping the door closed to keep it that way otherwise they may get curious.
