N19 semi self contained flat

I am offering a semi- self contained one bedroom flat in Zone 2  for  rent with excellent transport links to the City and West End. The flat consists of a light and airy spacious double room in the basement of our four story large Victorian family house.  It is simply furnished, clean, modern and comfortable. The room looks onto a pretty garden and has SOLE use of a modern  kitchenette, shower room and toilet. Although the entrance to the flat and house  is shared, once downstairs the flat feels quite separate from the rest of the house. We are a friendly working family of four with two  university aged children who are away at uni. We also have two aloof cats.  We are ideally looking for a  weekday  lodger (Mon-Fri or Mon-Thurs)  but can be flexible with this.  The flat would suit a quiet  professional, non-smoker who would tolerate some normal family sounds. We tend to be  quiet in the evenings.  The room and kitchen are simply furnished and equipped, TV and Wi fi provided, and bedding and towels too. The room is cleaned once a week and all bills are  included.
