Lovely double room (3.4m x 3.6m) with en-suite shower-room; fully furnished, with plenty of storage; south-facing and bright

To share with 3 other housemates (2 gay guys and 1 straight girl) and Jasper - our friendly 4 year old Cocker Spaniel

The room is in a 4 bedroom 4 bathroom Victorian house, sympathetically modernised with original features retained throughout 

Shared use of sitting room and large fully fitted & equipped modern kitchen / breakfast room

The house is on a quiet, friendly, tree-lined residential street, yet just a few minutes’ walk from Brixton market's bars & cafés, tube station (end of the Victoria Line, Zone 2), Brixton rail station (7 minutes to Victoria), and numerous bus routes

We are looking for a non-smoking professional, 35 to 55 years old, Monday to Friday 

£800 rent per calendar month (in advance) including all household bills, and one month's deposit
