The double bedroom and sole use shower room is a separate wing of this bright and modern house. You have communal use of the spacious, fully equipped kitchen/diner, comfortable living room, garden patio and off street parking. The house is two minutes from the high street, five minutes from Epping tube station, one minute to the local gym, on a quiet residential street. There is plenty of storage space, and items can be stored over the weekend. If you are not planning on staying for 4 nights, I can flex the monthly rent.
Epping is on the Central Line, the house is a (brisk) 5 minute walk to the station - 27 minutes into Stratford (for onward connections to the rest of London - including the Elizabeth Line, HS1, DLR, Jubilee Line, London Overground, Greater Anglia) and 37 minutes into Liverpool Street. Epping is within easy road connections to the M25, North Circular & M11.
Epping is a pretty, small market town that has a bustling high street. The town benefits from easy commutes into central London as well as a strong community feel. There is a large Tesco's and Marks & Spencer's and an array of independent shops and a street market every Monday. There is a wide range of restaurants and take away's (Japanese, Thai, Sourdough pizza & Dominos, Turkish, Chinese. Italian, Indian, Fish&Chips) and numerous coffee shops - Starbucks, Costa, 'Gails Bakery' and independent cafes. The house is a 5 minute walk into Epping Forest.
