The room is being freshly painted and will be ready to view from December 15th,

It  is for single occupancy on the first floor of a welcoming quiet 2 BR converted Edwardian maisonette with patio garden in leafy Highbury. 
Approx 3.5 x 2.5 metres, the room has a 4ft double bed, space for hanging clothes, chest of drawers, desk and chair. The windows overlook the back gardens. It is clean, bright and cheerful. There are 2 windows and 2 velux windows.  
Clean linen and towels  are provided. And you are welcome to leave  things in the room over the weekend  to help make the commute easier. 
Share ground floor sitting room, kitchen ( with washer/dryer), bathroom and garden with me (self-employed mature female) plus 2 rather large friendly cats.  
WiFi throughout.  
Looking for a  female  lodger....  It’s important you love cats. 
I’m  a late riser so you would have the bathroom and kitchen to yourself in the mornings. I have a workshop in Holborn to which I go to on an ad-hoc basis sometimes 2-3 evenings a week. And I often teach on Saturday mornings in my workshop.  
I'm easy going, independent and respectful of others. I appreciate a convivial peaceful place to come home to. Hoping to find someone who feels the same.
