The remainder of the  house is currently occupied by the friendly owner who is looking for a quiet and respectful person ideally working in London but spends weekends out of town or someone simply needing a pied a terre.

The house is located just off the high road in Leyton-- a 10 minute walk from the underground station, with easy connections to Stratford (Central Line: Elizabeth Line; DLR; overground, Jubilee Line and good bus connections). Francis road is a popular locality within the local community for food and drinking with a couple of restaurants/wine bar and several cafes, sprinkled along the high street. A Sainsbury's and local Tesco are within very easy reach.

Wifi, toaster, kettle, microwave, hob, fridge plus access to the washing machine are available.  Bills are included and the room will be serviced by a cleaner. Available now, subject to reference checks. Monthly rolling contract or set period to be agreed. Rent paid in advance plus one month deposit.

Motorcycles may be parked within the boundary of the property and there is free parking  from 6:30 pm to 8am.
