Hello, 

I'm looking for a lodger for a lovely double room in my 2 bed house in Southsea.  

I have a small, friendly dog. 

My house is located just off Albert Road and only a 20 minute walk to the sea front, 20 minute walk to train station.  

The available bedroom is at the back of the house, overlooking the garden. The room comes furnished with a comfy double bed and wardrobe. It also comes with either a small fold up desk or a bookcase - whichever the lodger prefers.  

Shared use of fully equipped kitchen, downstairs bathroom, dining/living room and small garden with patio table and chairs. 

The room is not suitable for couples or smokers. 

I might be able to consider someone with a dog, depending on the circumstances, as it would have to work with my dog.  

On street permit parking. 

The room is available from January 2025. Happy to consider short term and/or Mon-Fri type lets as well as full time.  
 
£620 per month (7 days a week) 
£520 per month (Mon - Friday) 

All bills included, including council tax, WiFi and a regular cleaner.  

Deposit - one month's rent.

20 minute walk to Fratton train station. Bus routes from Lawrence Road and Albert Road only a 5 minute walk away.

Located just off Albert Road, 2 minute walk to cafes, shops and pubs. 20 minute walk to the seafront, 20 minute walk to the train station. The house is located on a residential street, not much noise at night other than general city noise.
