Instead become a mid week lodger in  a quiet suite of 2 rooms in a charming small house in Central london (Zone1) on the Knightsbridge /Belgravia border near to Hyde Park/Mayfair/St James.  Comprising an airy suite of   double bedroom with TV  and a private sitting/dressing room  and a sparkling well appointed  ensuite modern bathroom.  

There is a kitchen shared with the owner available for snacks, light meals  etc but not for extensive cooking.  The rooms are cleaned & serviced weekly with clean sheets, towels etc  
Bright and airy, designed  to a good standard this Suite of rooms is a quiet retreat close to local village shops and restaurants as well as the more international stores of Knightsbridge and Sloane Street.
Would suit as a quiet comfortable base for a busy professional person aged between 35 and 65 who works in Central London during the week and needs somewhere to relax when not out with clients etc in the evenings. It would be suitable for a person  who travels or goes back to their family/partner /main home at weekends 

It is not suitable for entertaining

It is exceptionally well placed for transport. Knightsbridge, Hyde park corner tube is 6 minutes away. Sloane Square and the District line is 12 minutes away and Victoria a 15 minute walk.

The rent is paid one month in advance by Bank transfer and the first months rent is non refundable
