Large, cosy, room with en suite to rent in a nice area of Harborne. Close to the High Street, but quiet, you will have access to local pubs, shops and restaurants just a few minutes walk away.

Loft room with large bed and plenty of room to tidy away the things you will need for the week.  If you need to, I am happy for you to leave belongings in the room, provided the room is clear to use for guests at the weekends.  Really nice en suite shower room with good shower pressure.  Towels and bedding provided.   You will be able to use the kitchen, lounge areas and garden and make your self at home.   There is no TV in any of my bedrooms because I live in a terraced house and do not want to disturb the neighbours.  However, there is good wifi in the loft and you will be able to use ear phones with your laptop quite comfortably.  I look forward to meeting you!
