Attractive, light and clean downstairs double bedroom available for a single female for Monday – Friday rent.  We are a quiet, friendly female household who have a lovely, friendly older cat who has access to the shared areas.  We are looking for a female to join our non-smoking household, preferably over 30 years of age, however, a mature attitude is more important than age.  

You will have access to a shared kitchen and garden and use of downstairs shower room/toilet. If required, off street parking for a small / medium sized car is available.  Use of washing machine, fridge/freezer and dishwasher.  Utility bills are included along with free internet. Clothes and personal items can be left over the weekend and fresh bed and bathroom linen will be provided each Monday. 

Offering great local amenities, the house is conveniently situated in a safe and pleasant neighbourhood, close to Fleet town centre (20 minute walk) which offers a good selection of restaurants, coffee shops and grocery shopping.  Fleet main line station is approx.30 minute walk away and trains run into Waterloo Station.  The house is also situated close to Fleet Ponds Nature Reserve which is a lovely place to walk and relax.
