A lovely sunny double room with 2 wardrobes for storage and a feature fireplace. A 1900's mansion block with original features and modern kitchen and bathroom with 2 toilets. A peaceful setting and quiet position between Stamford Brook and Ravenscourt Park tube stations. Also walking distance or bus ride to Hammersmith. A 2 minute walk to the park and local amenities on the doorstep.

The flat is owned by the person you would be sharing with. The flat and is comfortable and welcoming and was refurbished 7 years ago and clean and tidy. The kitchen is sunny and modern with all you need including a dishwasher and washing machine/dryer. The bathroom is modern with a bath and shower over the bath. The second toilet is in a separate space.

I work from home a couple of days a week, mainly in the kitchen, but there is a lovely large lounge with desk, bookshelves and a comfy sofa. Sky TV and WiFi included. I have a cleaner who comes every other week and she cleans and changes the bedding etc so you can choose to have that too.

There is a bike shed at the back of the flat with a lock if you cycle.
