Description

The room has a kingsize bed, garden view and built in wardrobe. The shower room is two doors down from the bedroom on the same landing. 

Our house is within walking distance (15 minutes) of Ealing Broadway and therefore the Elizabeth, Distrct and Central Lines. It’s even closer (10 minutes walk) to South Ealing and the Piccadilly Line.  We live on a quiet road in a charming area and can offer off street parking. 

We are a family of 4 (me, my husband and our 2 children). We are also getting a kitten on 1st December. We are happy for our lodger to use our kitchen as needed but, as parents of 2 very young children, are often around and using the ground floor so would prefer someone who doesn’t need access to shared living spaces.  Please note that our children are on a separate floor to our spare room so we hope that they won’t disturb you at all! 

The rent will include our cleaner who comes once a week and bills (Wifi etc.).  

We are more than happy to have a couple but please note that the rent will be slightly higher (£1000 pcm). 

Transport nearby

Ealing Broadway station and the Elizabeth, District and Central Lines are a 15 minute walk away. We are even closer (10 minutes walk) to South Ealing and the Piccadilly Line. The 65 bus also goes from very close to the house and this can get you to either Ealing Broadway or Kew Bridge station and Kew Gardens.

We have everything you might need in terms of food shops in the area (M&S, Tesco, Sainsbury’s as well as a Waitrose a bit further afield in West Ealing). There are also three parks within walking distance of the house. Gunnersbury Park is a longer walk but Lammas and Walpole Parks are less than 10 minutes away. Ealing Broadway is a bit of a hub in terms of shops and restaurants, and there are a few lovely cafés just around the corner from home.
