Serviced Accommodation Suite - Village location - Derby

One of our two Serviced Accommodation Executive Suites has become available for rental. Absolutely ideal for someone working in the area for 6 months or more and perhaps returning home at weekends. It is a self contained double bedded room with a kitchenette, en-suite facility, strong WiFi and Sky TV including Sky sports. Being a serviced accommodation unit, towels and bed linen are provided with towels being replaced as necessary and the room cleaned and bed linen replaced once a week.  Utilities and Council Tax are covered in the monthly rental.  Bill and Sally are available on the site 24/7 and nothing is too much trouble.
