We have our lovely single room available to rent. We live in a quiet part of Croydon on a residential street but close to the amenities of Purley Way and Croydon Town Centre. We are also close to beautiful parks and the village feel of Wallington and Charlshalton close by.

Waddon Station is only a 4-minute walk, offering regular trains to Victoria (40 mins), London Bridge (20 mins), and Epsom (20 mins).
East Croydon Station is a short bus ride away, with buses running every 10 minutes from a nearby stop.

About Us

We are a professional couple who take great pride in maintaining a clean and tidy home. We're friendly and approachable but equally respectful of your need for privacy and peace.

About the House/Room

The room comes with under-bed storage, a chest of drawers, and a clothes rail will be installed for your convenience. As the room is available for Monday to Friday stays, we’ll also take care of washing your bedding weekly.

You will have access to the kitchen, bathroom, and conservatory lounge whenever you like, the conservatory lounge has a big L shape sofa and a TV. We do ask that our front room be kept private.

Smoking is welcome in the garden.

What we're looking for
We are looking for someone who is respectful of our home, tidy, and hygienic. A female tenant is preferred, but we are open to all inquiries.
