Make yourself at home with your own privacy in the whole top floor of a newly renovated house in Tooting, comprising a double bedroom, large bathroom and shared access to a sitting room (can put a microwave in here if wanting privacy).

The house you are living in is our family home (we have a 2 year old and a new born), but you will have the top floor to yourself, with exclusive use of the shower room and the sitting room just being used as an office in the day time (if you'd rather have exclusive access to this that is possible too for slightly more rent.)

Bright, airy rooms have great views across South London.

Fantastic location - just 30m to central London (via Northern Line), 5m walk to Tooting amenities (including the Tooting Market with plenty of places to eat) and 5m walk to Tooting Common with its famous lido.

The space
The property was completely renovated in 2021 and the 2nd floor extended as shown.

It consists of a spacious double bedroom at the front of the house with ample storage (shelves, hanging rail and chest of drawers) and a light, south facing room at the rear with views across south London, which can be used as a bedroom (it has a sofa/'day bed' which can be extended into a double bed), an office (desk and chair included) or sitting room. There is also a spacious bathroom with a modern 'rain' shower.

A toaster, kettle, microwave/airfryer can be provided in the room also.

In order to access the rooms, you will need to walk from the front door up the stairs through the rest of the house in which the host (Oli) and his wife and two children live.

The wifi speed is 25 mbps. Each room can be locked.

There is flexibility on rent from £600-£1,000 depending on how many nights a week you want to stay and how much access is required for upstairs living room (i. e. exclusive access is a possibility if wanted as an office/private living space) and downstairs kitchen.
